Who processes your data

The site adopteunesister.com is published by Spidermas (see the Legal Notice page for the publisher's full identity). For any question about your personal data, you can write to contact@adopteunesister.com.

What data is collected

Adopte Une Sister has no user accounts, no sign-up form, and no comment system: we therefore do not directly collect any identifying data (name, postal address, password...).

The only data processed comes through third-party services embedded in the site:

Audience measurement — a visit-counting widget (monparc-web.fr) records aggregated traffic statistics (number of visits, pages viewed) via the request's origin header, with no advertising identifier or individual profile.

Advertising — when the site displays ads (via third-party ad networks), these partners may set cookies and use advertising identifiers to personalize ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, in accordance with their own respective privacy policies.

Amazon affiliate links — some links on the site (to comics, coloring books, or merchandise) are affiliate links from the Amazon Associates program. Clicking these links may set an order-tracking cookie in your browser; this cookie is only used to identify the source of a sale and does not transmit any personal data about you to us.

Cookies

The site itself does not set its own tracking cookie. The only cookies that may be set come from the third-party services mentioned above and are subject to their own policies. You can delete cookies already set, or block future ones, at any time via your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge each offer a dedicated panel in their privacy settings).

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data by third-party services embedded in the site.

To exercise these rights with the site's publisher, write to contact@adopteunesister.com. For data processed directly by third parties (advertising cookies, tracking identifiers), you can also exercise your rights directly with those companies via their own privacy tools.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.

Data hosting

The site is hosted by IONOS (see details in the Legal Notice). Technical connection logs (IP address, date and time of connection) may be temporarily retained by the host for security purposes, in accordance with its own legal obligations.
